Linking up with Heather
Real Quick. I’m going to be out of touch this weekend! I’m heading out of town for a bachelorette party for a really good friend!
Anywho, here is one of the many books I’m currently reading!
The Last Little Blue Envelope by Maureen Johnson
Here is what goodreads said: Ginny Blackstone thought that the biggest adventure of her life was behind her. She spent last summer traveling around Europe, following the tasks her aunt Peg laid out in a series of letters before she died. When someone stole Ginny’s backpack—and the last little blue envelope inside—she resigned herself to never knowing how it was supposed to end.
Months later, a mysterious boy contacts Ginny from London, saying he’s found her bag. Finally, Ginny can finish what she started. But instead of ending her journey, the last letter starts a new adventure—one filled with old friends, new loves, and once-in-a-lifetime experiences. Ginny finds she must hold on to her wits . . . and her heart. This time, there are no instructions
My thoughts so far:
So far it’s not horrible. Sometimes the second book is not as good at the first and it makes you hate the first book too. That isn’t the case here so far. I really enjoy Ginny having to return to Europe to get her letter back. Ginny, the character, is making a bit anger though. She doesn’t get the simplest things in front of her. Can’t wait to keep reading and see how this book turns out.
